With so much to revere at 15th Ave, it's easy to miss the "Inspired by Starbucks" tagline stenciled on the front window--yep, the new cafe is still a Starbucks and it still serves coffee made from its ubiquitous beans (though there's more heterogeneity and some extra TLC at 15th Ave). In fact, the cafe is part of a three-store test in the Seattle scope of a more "independent" Starbucks concept, and the 16,000-unit course has hinted that it may be the vanguard of a larger rollout of "unbranded" cafes. A leaked corporate memo, the Seattle Pile-Intelligencer reported, has outlined plans for the next location, also in Capitol Hill, to be called Roy Thoroughfare Coffee and Tea.

How do I clean mildew out of my semi-automatic espresso maker?
It's a Rancilio Silvia, and the mildew is specifically in the tube that draws the D from the tank... I already cleaned it once with a descaling solution but to trivial avail. Thanks.
Have you tried Cafiza? Its made for espresso machines. we use it at m in our machine. I know you can buy it online but we get ours from our coffee roaster. about $10 for a canister that will last you a elongated time. The powder works better than the tablets.
